Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept payment via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday, you order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time will depend on the shipping service you choose at the checkout. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details. If you have any problems with your order just drop us a quick email at info@ropebunny.net and we will take a look into in for you.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: We hope you love your purchase, however, if for any reason you would like to return it, we have a 30 day refund policy. This is 30 days after you receive you order. For full details of our return policy please click here. You will receive a returns form with your order.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: International shipping is available.
Q: My toy is not working, Help!!!
A: OK, no problem. We can help you here.
1 - Try putting new batteries in your toy. Sometimes the toys can still drain the batteries even when they are not in use. So try some new batteries and if you can, take them out when you are not using it. We recommend normal batteries and not rechargeable ones.
2 - Have you removed the safety guard? Some toys come with a small paper disc within the battery section which needs removing before you can use it.
3 - Is your toy rechargeable? Charge your toy fully before use. We know that you may be eager to use it straight away, but be patient. It will be worth the wait. Check the instructions to see how long it needs charging.
Q: Is your packaging discreet?
A: All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are despatched are sent by a recorded insured service, so no goods will be left on a doorstep or with a neighbour.
Q: What name will show up on my bank statement?
A: Your privacy is our top priority. Shop with confidence knowing that not only will your order arrive in plain and boring packaging, but your bank statement will show the name RB Store.
